fix(settings): Bash 포괄 허용 + MCP 와일드카드 추가 — compound command 승인 반복 근본 해결 

개별 Bash 패턴 30여개를 "Bash" 포괄 허용 1개로 교체. deny 목록(위험 명령)은 유지.
MCP 도구(unity-mcp, filesystem, memory, sqlite, scheduled-tasks, Claude_Preview) 와일드카드 추가.
C16-1 3중 배치(루트·개발실·기획실) 동기 적용.
